Policies

Payments are required in full at the start of every session.

Payments can be made at the beginning of the month or each week.

Payments can be made

• in cash,

• by credit cards, debit cards or Venmo.

These payment options will incure a 3% fee.

If you need to cancel a session, you will need to notify Reading by the Weeks 48 hours in advance to avoid charges for the session. If you miss a tutoring session without notification, you will be charged for that session. After 2 no-shows you will potentially loose your spot. 

Snow days will be handled on a case-by-case basis through texting and calling.

I will communicate vacations with the parents one month in advance.
